Big Daddy's Shrimp Burgers. I randomly saw this recipe on the food network yesterday morning and thought- I can make those into a loaf! First I had to do some clean up. I had to peel and devein about a pound of shrimp. What a pain! Definitely wasn't fun.
Then I mixed the shrimp with 1 egg, cilantro, jalapeno, green onions, red pepper, panko and toasted sesame ginger seasoning and salt and pepper. I also added a little bit of olive oil.I got this seasoning from the swag bag at the Boston Bloggers Launch Party!! But you could easily use Old Bay seasoning if you have it.
